The Kobra 240.1 C4 Shredder is a new model from Kobra for the small to medium office. It's manufactured in Italy to a high quality and is one of the strongest shredders on the market with carbon hardened cutting knives, unaffected by staples and metal clips, metal gears,not plastic, and a strong 24 hour motor which means you don't need to wait for the motor to cool down between shreds. It shreds up to 15 pages of A4 at 70gsm and around 12 sheets at 80gsm and has a 40 litre bin.

It's high precision design of cutting knives allows high shred loads with low power consumption. It also comes with motor thermal protection, automatic shut down when the door is open and a bag full light signal and automatic stop when the bag needs to be emptied. The Kobra 240.1 C4 is a shredder which can shred Floppy disks and Credit Cards, in addition to paper. It is equipped with the Energy Smart® for the environmental protection and energy costs saving: the energy saving system activates the Stand-by mode just after 8 seconds of non-operation.
