The Kobra 260.1 S4 is a medium office shredder designed for use by upto 8 employees. Its carbon hardoned steel blades are unaffected by staples and metal clips so you can rest assured your employees are not going to damage the shredder and no one needs to worry about removing staples and paper clips from their documents they want to shred. The high precision design of the cutting knives allows high shred loads with low power consumption. The Kobra 260.1 S4 shredder will shred between 26-28 pages at 70gsm and 22-24 sheets of paper at 80gsm. We have a range because it depends on the quality of the paper as to exactly how many sheets the shredder will shred. As well as paper the 260.1 S4 Strip Cut shredder will shred Credit Cards & Credit Cards with chip, CDs/DVDs and Floppy disks.

With a 80 litre bin this medium office shredder also has some smarts. It has Thermal motor protection, a 24 hour continuous duty motor so there's no duty cycle or cool down period which most shredders have. It comes with a light signal which lights up and stops the shredder when the bag is full so it's not going to overflow or jam from the inside out. It also has door open detection sensors which automatically stops the cutting knives when the door is left open saving your employees the hassle of cleaning up the mess which can potentially be left of the shredder was operated with the door open and preventing dust particles from filling the air around the office.
