The Dahle 416air is a proven department document shredder for high volume office cross-cut shredding of 18-20 sheets at 80 gsm per pass and 3000 sheets per day. It's sleak design  and extremely quiet operation allows for it be positioned anywhere in the office. It has a 160 litre capacity waste bin and does not require any time consuming lubrication of the cutting cylinders as its an oil free model.
