The Foldnak Compact combines the functions of bookletmaking and trimming in a single and compact unit. With the widest range of formats in its class and a short set-up time, it is particularly suited for small, medium and frequently changing numbers for digital or offset printing. The Foldnak Compact is unbeaten in quality. The patented stapling-folding principle guarantees an exact position of the staples. Pressing before front trimming gives the booklet a sharp fold. The mobile clinches ensure a close fit of the staple and the in-feed belt runs a smooth paper transport. In addition, the Foldnak Compact is equipped with a side and front jogger (standard). Especially valuable for digital printers: the Foldnak Compact works independently from any printing machine and is hence the perfect supplement to online machines. It is a suitable solution for printers who need to operate quickly and flexibly. The Foldnak Compact will become a complete bookletmaking line when combined with the SP + Compact/SP 100 Compact. The square pressing of the SP modules gives the already stapled, folded and front trimmed booklet the appearance of a quality perfect binding. The Foldnak Compact can of course be combined with the S8 collator. New: The Foldnak Compact is now also available with a kit for landscape formats.

The Foldnak is used to produce booklets & the trimmer is used to cut the faces of the booklets. The paper to be processed is fed into the machine in sets, either manually or by a collator.
