How the QUPA S303 Binding Machine works:

The QUPA S303 wire binder is an easy and convenient manual binding machine . Punch paper by placing paper (no more than 15 sheets of paper per punch, into punch opening). Repeat process until your document has been punched. Once punching is complete, insert wire into punched holes on document, then place document horizontally under wire closer on top of machine and pull handle down to close wire.
